Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

Your Content and License to Us

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your images.

By uploading content, you grant Top Stickers a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, edit, adapt, and print that content, and to share it with our production and fulfillment partners, solely to create previews, produce your order, and provide customer support.

Content You Confirm and Content We Prohibit

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every image and other piece of content you upload, including any images that contain other people or protected material.

You may not upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, explicit, sexually exploitative, threatening, violent, defamatory, or that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may reject, hold, or cancel any order that contains prohibited or infringing content, at our discretion.

Previews and Product Variations

On-screen previews are illustrative. Each design is reviewed and manually refined before printing, so the final product may differ from the preview.

Printed colors, dimensions, borders, cropping, and placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen, due to the nature of printing and differences between displays.

Orders, Accuracy, and Acceptance

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable because of inaccurate details.

We may hold or cancel an order for reasons including poor image quality, prohibited content, suspected fraud, payment problems, or an invalid or incomplete shipping address. If we cancel an order before production for these reasons, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Changes and Cancellations

Because each order is custom-made for you, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. Contact us immediately if you notice an error after ordering, but we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible. See our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy for details.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping to eligible US addresses. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for current timeframes.

Claims for Defects, Damage, or Loss

Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. See our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy for how to file a claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Stickers’ total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Top Stickers from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of content you uploaded without proper authorization or in violation of these Terms.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, material shortages, strikes, or other force-majeure events.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website, or placing an order after changes take effect, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
